I re-did the Windows 10 system and now I cannot set up the account. This is what we use at work with an older Exchange Server. Our scenario all our users are enable for Cache Exchange mode and Enterprise Vault work fine on their regular computers an the EV tab is displayed in Ourlook 2010 as it should. Looking for help with an oldie Outlook 2010. and our mailboxes don't really have quotas.I desperatly searching in a way I can disable Outlook 2010 Cache Exchange for the computer and not just base on a user. My "fix" in this case was to turn off cached exchange mode in the desktop app on her profile. When you go to outlook web access, and do a search, it searches properly, newest email at the top to the oldest at the bottom, as it should. Owner of the company finds this very annoying on her laptop, and wants me to 'fix this' if you have alot of mail in your inbox from over the years and you search for emails from someone, the search will pull up results at the top, from perhaps two weeks ago, until you scroll all the way to the bottom and click, more messages, then all the recent items show up at the top of the list.
